In this episode we first chat with Eileen Yap, founder of Noel Caleb and we talk about how she manages between a business and children. I love how candidly she talks about it because sometimes we need someone to tell us how tough it realistically is before we take the plunge.
Note: In the video, Eileen uses the chinese phrase "Jia Bian" to describe her feeling if she pursues entrepreneurship fully and travels too much. The translation is kind of like "changing family" or that your family is no longer your home. I hope I interpreted that properly, google didn't help much and my chinese is er...bad.
